Fleet Overview

Vehicle List

View all vehicles:

  1. Navigate to Vehicles
  2. See list of all vehicles
  3. View status and location summary

Vehicle Information

Each vehicle shows:

  • Vehicle identifier/name
  • Current status
  • Last known location
  • Assigned driver
  • Active dispatch

Tracking Devices

Device Integration

Connect tracking devices:

  1. Go to Settings > Tracking Devices
  2. View available device types
  3. Add device credentials

Adding a Device

Register a tracking device:

  1. Click "Add Device"
  2. Enter device details:
    • Device ID/IMEI
    • Device type
    • Assigned vehicle
  3. Configure settings
  4. Activate tracking

  • Monitor device status

  • Remove inactive devices

View vehicle location:

  1. Select a vehicle
  2. See current position on map

  1. Select vehicle
  2. Go to Travel History
  3. Choose date range
  4. View route on map

History Details

Travel history shows:

  • Route taken

  • Time at each location
  • Speed data

Export travel data:

  • Download for analysis
  • Report generation

Vehicle Location Query

By Time Range

Query location for specific period:

  1. Select vehicle
  2. Set start date/time
  3. Set end date/time
  4. View results

  • GPS coordinates

Managing Vehicles

Adding Vehicles

Register a new vehicle:

  1. Go to Vehicles > Add
  2. Enter vehicle details:
    • License plate/ID
    • Vehicle type
    • Make and model
    • Capacity
  3. Assign tracking device
  4. Save vehicle

Updating Vehicles

Modify vehicle information:

  1. Open vehicle details
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Update fields
  4. Save changes

Vehicle Details

Store vehicle information:

  • Identification - Plate, VIN, fleet ID
  • Type - Van, truck, car, etc.
  • Capacity - Weight/volume limits
  • Specifications - Make, model, year
  • Status - Active, maintenance, retired

Assigning Vehicles

To Drivers

Link vehicles to drivers:

  1. Open vehicle details
  2. Go to Driver Assignment
  3. Select driver
  4. Set assignment period

To Dispatches

Assign vehicle to dispatch:

  1. When creating dispatch
  2. Select vehicle
  3. Driver may auto-assign
  4. Tracking activates
