Settings and Configuration in Dispatch allows you to customize the platform to match your business needs and operational requirements.
Overview
Configuration Scopes
Settings are organized by scope:
- Business Settings - Company-wide configuration
- User Settings - Personal preferences
- Customer Settings - Per-customer configuration
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings from the main menu to access all configuration options.
Business Settings
General Settings
Configure business-wide options:
- Go to Settings > Business

Managing Presets
Access dimension presets:
- Go to Settings > Dimension Presets
- View existing presets
- Add, edit, or remove
Creating Presets
Add a new preset:
- Click "Add Preset"
- Enter name
- Specify dimensions (L x W x H)
- Add default weight (optional)
- Save preset
Using Templates
Copy from system templates:
- View available templates
- Select template
- Copy to your presets
- Customize as needed
Default Preset
Set a default preset:
- Select a preset
- Click "Set as Default"
- Auto-applied to new shipments
